Shacknews has reported that a special edition of the upcoming action-RPG title Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, will be exclusively available through the THQ online store. This limited edition will be available at $99.99 for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, and $79.99 for the PC. Additionally, the pre-order bonuses for various major retailers have been announced. The contents of the limited edition and the pre-order bonuses are detailed further after the jump.
The limited edition will include a 10″ replica of a ‘Purity seal’, a hardcover artbook, the soundtrack to the game, 25 foiled cards containing character information, and finally, the game itself.
The pre-order bonuses for the game, which releases on September 6th, are as follows:
- GameStop – Space Wolves and Black Templar characters
- Best Buy – Iron Warriors and Emperor’s Children skins
- Amazon – Golden Relic Chainsword
- Walmart – Golden Relic Bolter
- Steam – Dawn of War armor worn by the Blood Ravens, and a free copy of Darksiders
- THQ Store – Exclusive PowerSword
THQ has also indicated that several other digital retailers which are not listed here, will also offer a free copy of Darksiders as a pre-order bonus.
