Sony announced earlier today that the electronics company has officially bought developer Sucker Punch (inFamous), perhaps as a safeguard against a repeat Insomniac scenario. Now part of Sony Computer Entertainment’s Worldwide Studios (the business’ 16th adoption), Sucker Punch’s successful IP were already owned by Sony prior to the acquisition.
