CD Projekt announced The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director’s Cut will be patched on the American versions to enable the nudity found in the European versions of the game.
The director’s cut will be available as a free patch for Enhanced Edition owners. The full version can be purchased and downloaded from theWitcher.com, Steam, Impulse and Direct2Drive. The full download will include the recent 1.5 patch, making the Director’s Cut the most complete version of The Witcher.
The Witcher Enhanced Edition 1.5 is the newest version of the game, including all bonus content from The Witcher: Enhanced Edition and five additional fan-made adventures. The Witcher: Enhanced Edition 1.5 is completely DRM-free. Moreover, the 1.5 version of The Witcher will remove the disc check, allowing you to play the game without the DVD in the drive.
