Cologne, Germany – The pint-sized wordsmith-in-a-can title for the Nintendo DS, Scribblenauts, got a bit of face time at this year’s GameCom. A new trailer highlights the press’ response to the title, and, more importantly, gives us an Abraham Lincoln with a mini-gun. The IP has made waves across the blogosphere and press outlets for it’s open-ended challenges and near infinite supply of implementable words for players to type and see manifested in-game. Players will have a chance to see just how much creativity they can drudge up, and just how well they can spell, when the game hits store shelves this September 15th.
Creative director Jeremiah Slaczka also sat down recently for an in-depth interview on the game’s features, production, and release.
