A little over a week after the launch of Dragon Age: Origins, BioWare announced new downloadable content, called Return to Ostagar, where players will be able to go back to the fortress where the ill-fated King Cailan and many of the Grey Wardens lost their lives at the hands of the Darkspawn. Players will be able to exact their revenge for the fallen king and reclaim his lost armor and weapon. You will also learn more about the king’s hidden agenda, which adds more to the overall story of Dragon Age: Origins.

Developers stated that the DLC will be released during this Holiday season for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, but the exact date of release is still being decided. The new content will be $4.99 on PSN, 400 Microsoft Points on the 360, and 400 BioWare points on the PC.

Stay tuned for more updates.
