Capcom has announced Monster Hunter Frontier Online for the Xbox 360 and PC hitting stores this summer in Japan. Monster Hunter is a big domestic franchise in Japan selling million for the Wii last year and is a huge gain for Microsoft. Both versions of the game will be using separate servers and a closed beta test will be launching mid May with the open beta test after the game’s full release. The online interaction will be a paid service, although no price is specified. Players who are planning to purchase the game will receive a 30 day free trial of the game and in-game bonus for pre-ordering the game starting late February. Currently there are no official price or release dates for the title. The next major update on the game is set for February 1st
