2K Games has announced that it will pursue an aggressive post-launch DLC strategy for the recently released Bioshock 2, starting with a package known as the “Sinclair Solutions Test Pack” at some point next month. This first DLC package will be focused on expanding the multiplayer aspect of the game, and will add new playable characters, new masks, and 20 new trials. Furthermore, all weapons will receive a new upgrade, and the maximum rank that can be attained will be raised to 50.
In the coming months, 2K Games will provide further details concerning further expansions. Sinclair Solutions Test Pack will release at an unspecified date in March, and will be available on Xbox Live and Games for Windows for 400 Microsoft points ($5) and Playstation Network for $5.00.
