Three households, all alike in Dignity, in fair California, where we lay our scene...

Bonuses be damned. Infinity Ward has been hemorrhaging staff ever since the controversial firing of Vince Zampella and Jason West, but the consistent flow of resignations has surprised even the most liberal reactions to the legal conflict between developer and publisher. Since last week, 10 more have left Modern Warfare 2 developer Infinity Ward, bringing the total lost to 26. Like many before them, Senior Software Engineer Chris Lambert and Designer Bret McLeod have re-joined their former bosses at their new Electronic Arts-exclusive studio Respawn Entertainment. Senior Designers Mohammad Alavi and Chad Grenier, Lead Character Artist Joel Emslie, Lead Programmer Robert Field, HR/Recruitment Specialist Kristin Cotterell, Level Designers Keith Bell and Preston Glenn, Designers Jason McCord and Charlie Wiederhold, and Artists Ryan Lastimosa and Brad Allen have all also resigned from Activision employ, although their next job has yet to be officially reported. Activision continues to have no statement when asked by Elder-Geek for a follow-up to its previous statements on the matter.

  1. I have to say I’m getting sick of hearing about this story…. just give it up Zam/West… you guys got what you deserved… quit trying to poach and just fade into obscurity as another failed EA studio head.
