Following the record-setting first package of downloadable content for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Activision has announced that the second pack of maps will be available for download on June 3rd on Xbox Live. Similar to the “Stimulus Package”, which launched on March 30th on the Xbox 360 and on May 4th for the PC and Playstation 3, Xbox 360 users will gain access to the content before users from other platforms do. Playstation 3 and PC users are expected to gain access to the DLC several weeks later.
While little is known concerning pricing and the actual content of the “Resurgence Pack”, as this second piece of DLC is known, Activision has stated that the package will contain 5 maps. The previous DLC-package also contained five maps and is available at $15 or 1200 Microsoft points.
