Crysis 2 Delayed into 2011
04 Aug, 2010

It was reported during the presentation of EA’s financial results for the first quarter of the current financial year that Crysis 2, the upcoming first-person shooter by German developer Crytek, has been delayed by several months and will now be released somewhere between January and April 2011.
Crysis 2 was originally intended to be released in time for the holidays later this year. In June, EA indicated that the release date had been pulled forward to an unspecified date in Autumn 2010. Unlike the first installment in the Crysis-franchise, Crysis 2 will also be released on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 alongside the PC.
