According to a report by Eurogamer, Bankrupt publisher JoWood Entertainment has announced that Gothic 4: Fall of Setarrif has been delayed indefinitely due to a legal struggle between the publisher and German investor BVT.

Gothic 4: Fall of Setarrif was slated for a release on Friday the 25th of March, but concerns over the legal status of the game have forced JoWood to postpone the release for an indefinite amount of time.
