CD Projekt RED has announced that, no matter what, all of the downloadable content for The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will be free to the player. A developer for CD Projekt RED stated, “Let me announce that all our DLCs will be FREE. All of them. If anything will be for purchase, those will be expansion packs. First DLC (side-quest called “Troll Trouble”) airs together with the game release.” No further details have been announced.

  1. Now this is what I like. Thank you CD-Projekt RED. I was going to get the game regardless, but this makes the deal much sweeter.

  2. This is the type of dedication that really resonates with people. I personally can’t wait for the day I play through both Witcher games back to back.
