Before it could even launch to the public, the social network being developed by hacktivist organization Anonymous was itself the victim of a cyber attack. The portal’s main page was compromised and bore the signature of one “Cyber-Warrior Tim”, along with a message to the organization which can be found after the jump (and suggests ties to the Turkish town of Akincilar). Anonymous has already released word that it is attempt to rectify the “damage” to the website.
