According to Bloomberg sources, this month three executives resigned from Zynga. The executives are: John Osvald, senior vice president of games; Nathan Etter, vice president of games; and Jesse Janosov, vice president of Zynga’s casino division.
TechCruch sources “familiar with the matter” later confirmed the departures. Nathan Etter has also updated his LinkedIn profile to show his new role as vice president of Disney Interactive at The Walt Disney Company.
Earlier this month, Don Mattrick departed Microsoft to take up position as Zynga’s CEO. The social game maker revealed its second quarter financial results last week, which reported a $15.8 million loss for the three month period which ended June 30th. Revenue for the quarter totaled $213 million, which was down 31 percent in year-over-year earnings. Since the first quarter of this year the social game maker has also lost 24 percent of its daily active users.
