Dark Horse Comics has announced today that it is publishing comic books based on CCP Games’ EVE Online and CD Projekt RED’s The Witcher series which will be available in 2014.

EVE: True Stories will be available February 19th 2014 and is based on actual in-game events. It will be written by Daniel Way (Deadpool, Wolverine: Origins) and drawn by Alejandro Aragon, Tomm Coker, Federico Dallocchio, Dave Ross and Mark McKenna.

EVE: Source will be available March 5th 2014 as a 184-page hardcover book. Dark Horse describes it as “a comprehensive sourcebook and visual guide for the immense universe of Eve Online and Dust 514.”

Eisner Award-winning writer, Paul Tobin and artist Joe Querio (BPRD) will be teaming up for the Witcher comic book series. In the first issue, Geralt of Rivia will meet “a widowed man whose dead and murderous wife resides in an eerie mansion known as the House of Glass. With its endless rooms and horror around every corner, Geralt will have to use all his witcher prowess to solve the manor’s mystery and survive.” It will be available March 19th, 2014.

We’re very happy to be once again expanding The Witcher universe.”
