2K Games has revealed that the first Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel downloadable content is the Handsome Jack Doppleganger Pack.
The DLC will allow players “to play as the charming head of the Hyperion Corporation for the first time (or at least someone who looks an awful lot like him),” 2K wrote, in part. “With the Handsome Jack Doppelganger Pack, you’ll be able to play as everyone’s favorite maniacal tyrant-in-training, “Jack” the Doppelganger.”
“As “Jack,” you’ll be able to summon multiple Digi-Jacks, which will join you in battle to mow down enemies and earn you more sweet, sweet loot.”
2K also explains that depending on how the character is leveled the “Digi-Jacks” can grant bonuses and even give a Second Wind in Fight For Your Life. ““Jack” can also shoot enemies with wrist lasers, get buffs every time he picks up money (in typical CEO fashion), or even get upgrades for using guns made by specific manufacturers.”
Set to release on November 11th for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Steam, the Doppleganger Pack will cost $9.99 standalone, however it is also included in the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel season pass.
