Vince Zampella and Jason West, the recently fired heads of Infinity Ward, were signed by the Hollywood-based Creative Artists Agency. According to a story in the L.A. Times Blog, Creative Artists was just one of many Hollywood agencies looking to pick up the developers. From this setup, it’s likely that West and Zampella will have their pick of high-profile positions in many of the most lucrative companies in both film and video games, including Activision rival Electronic Arts.
Zampella and West were fired from Infinity Ward on charges of “insubordination” by parent company Activision on March 1st. The duo has since sued the publisher for unpaid royalties. Activision has responded to the suit as “meritless.”
