Half-Minute Hero quickly became a cult hit in the States, and even more so in Japan, launching a sequel project that – until now – has been the victim of several delays. Japanese gamers need worry no more, as Hero 30 Second will hit store shelves in that region on August 4th (as announced on Producer Takagi Kenitirou’s blog).
Meanwhile, in the States, the HD XBLA version of the original Half-Minute Hero, now dubbed Half-Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax, is getting a new cartoonish sprite look (the original also available) and 62 new missions. The game will launch on Xbox Live June 29th.
