Capcom has issued a press release to announce it will be publishing the fan-made Street Fighter X Mega Man game for free on December 17th. More details regarding the title are included after the jump.
The announcement was made at the Grand Finals event that was part of the 25th Anniversary celebrations for the Street Fighter franchise. The fan-made title was developed by Singaporean developer Seow Zong Hui, with Capcom providing some support during the process. The game, which is set in an 8-bit style reminiscent of the original Mega Man titles, features Mega Man facing off against Street Fighter characters in 8 different environments. will be made available for free on the Capcom Community website Capcom-Unity.com on December 17th.
