Having recently filed for a trademark on the iconic “Fus Ro Dah”-shout, ZeniMax has now also filed for a trademark on the term “Dragonborn” itself. The trademark application was filed earlier this month and was uncovered by Fusible. More details are included after the jump.

With only two and a half weeks before The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is released, and the Elder Geek Full Hearts Marathon kicks off, Bethesda Softworks has released a live-action trailer for the highly-anticipated RPG. Those on a Skyrim-information fast may wish to look away. All others, hit the jump!
