You can now purchase GTA IV: The Lost and the Damned for the Xbox 360 on Xbox Live Marketplace for 1600 Microsoft Points ($19.99) or as part of GTA: Episodes from Liberty City which includes The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC for $40.
