French website HardGamers claims to have gained access to EA’s marketing wiki for the financial year 2013. The wiki supposedly contained information on several unannounced titles, as well as information suggesting that the first title from Respawn Entertainment will be hitting store shelves in March 2013. Respawn Entertainment was founded in 2010 after former Infinity Ward-heads Vince Zampella and Jason West had a falling out with their then-publisher Activision. Little information is available with on the project that is currently in the works at the studio, aside from the fact that it will be a sci-fi oriented shooter.
In addition to Respawn’s first title, the marketing wiki also suggested that The Secret World, Insomniac’s Overstrike, and a currently unannounced title known as Populous are slated for a release in March 2013.
With EA apparently gearing up to release a couple of heavy-hitters in March 2013, a new installment in the Populous franchise could perhaps be the most interesting title in the bunch for many Elder Geeks.
