Bioware’s MMO adopting a secondary pay model sometime later this year
The Consumerist’s public reader poll of the “Worst Company In America” ended with Electronic Arts being sent the Golden Poo Award. Firms like Comcast, Ticketmaster and Walmart were all considered, but the ultimate face-off was between Bank of America and EA. The latter walked away with 64% of the 250,000 votes cast.

A joint statement from Sony and Rockstar last week puts the blame for the recent console overheating during L.A. Noire squarely on…nothing yet. Earlier suspected culprits like Sony’s 3.61 firmware update and Rockstar’s new interactive film noir game have been dismissed in the week or so since the original complaints starting coming in.
