Those hoping for the cross-over brawler Marvel vs. Capcom 3, going on ten years now, finally have an end date for their anticipation. The game will ship for both Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 in the States on February 15, 2011. A special edition was also detailed, costing $70 and including downloadable characters Jill Valentine and Shuma Gorath, exclusive art book, comic book, and a 1-month subscription to Marvel digital comics.

Fallout: New Vegas is off to a good start, having shipped five million units worldwide and continuing the good nameĀ  reestablished for the franchise in Fallout 3. Continuing another Bethesda trend, the game’s first batch of downloadable content has been revealed, and will remain a timed exclusive for the Xbox 360 version of the game. “Dead Money” will release on December 21st for 800 Microsoft Points ($10), and put the player character on a dangerous journey alongside three other wastelanders to recover the treasure of the Sierra Madre…Casino.

Following major franchises like Star Wars, Batman, Harry Potter, and Indiana Jones, Disney has announced that Traveler’s Tales is currently working on bringing the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise into the realm of Lego. Set to be released around the same time as the fourth feature-film, LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game adaptation will be available worldwide in May 2011. The game will be released for all major platforms, including handhelds.

As with the previous games, two-player split-screen co-op will be featured in the game. A total of 70 different characters will be available, with the story being spread across 20 levels. It is currently unclear if any content from the upcoming movie, “On Stranger Tides”, will be featured in the current Lego adaptation.
